Eastern Georgia HVP is dedicated to building relationships with the Department of Veterans Affairs, community hospices, community organizations, State and Federal representatives and others in order to ensure that excellent care at the end of life is available for our nation’s Veterans and the homeless population in the State of Georgia.
Our Story......
EASTERN GEORGIA HVP AT IT CORE IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT FOCUSES ON THE NEEDS OF VETERANS IN OUR COMMUNITIES, THROUGH THE PURSUIT OF HELPING VETERANS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF GEORGIA WE OFTEN ENCOUNTER HOMELESS VETERANS.A PROBLEM HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED THAT HAS MOTIVATED US AS AN ORGANIZATION TO SEAK A LONG TERM SOLUTION TO HELP THE HOMELESS POPULATION AT LARGE.
